Employee Account Name Changes


The username on your MATC accounts can be changed only if there has been a spelling error in your name, or in the case of a legal name change.

Client Responsibility

Employees will need to contact Human Resources.  Before contacting the IT Service Desk please ensure that your name has been updated or corrected within the Human Resources department.  Once the correction or change has been made, please contact the IT Service Desk so that we may submit a service request to have your ID’s changed.




Any current employee who has had a name change or needs a spelling correction of their name.


An IT Service Desk Technician will evaluate the repair request and forward to the appropriate department for repair.  Contact the IT Service Desk by phone at ext. 76541 (414-297-6541), or you may log your own service request by visiting http://www.matc.edu/techelp/got_a_request.cfm


The IT Service Desk is available via telephone Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 7:00PM and Saturday and Sunday 8:00AM – 4:00PM.
