MATC Account Passwords

Description

Milwaukee Area Technical College requires secure passwords be used for all accounts.  The following accounts utilize the same username and password and can be changed through the Password Manager application: Gmail, computer login, MyMATC, INFOnline, Blackboard.

If you have forgotten your password, you can use Password Manager to reset your password by answering the security / challenge questions that you previously set up.  Go to Password Manager and select the Forgotten Password button.

Client Responsibility

It is the clients’ responsibility to monitor their MATC email for email notification that it’s time to change their account password and ensure that they change the password before it expires.

All Milwaukee Area Technical College employee and students.

Support

An IT Service Desk Technician will evaluate the repair request and forward to the appropriate department for repair.  Contact the IT Service Desk by phone at ext. 76541 (414-297-6541), or you may log your own service request by visiting http://www.matc.edu/techelp/got_a_request.cfm

Availability

The IT Service Desk is available via telephone Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 7:00PM and Saturday and Sunday 8:00AM – 4:00PM.
