VMware Horizon (VDI) Password Reset

VDI uses your MATC Account to login.  If you cannot login to VDI you should first try logging into Password Manager to see if your MATC Account is working. Students in specific class sections and all Employees have VDI access.

Employees: If you can log into Password Manager and still can not log into VDI please log a service ticket with the error you are receiving.

Students: If you can log into Password Manager and still can not log into VDI please contact your instructor to see if your class section has access.  If your class section is supposed to have access please log a service ticket with the error you are receiving.
