How to log a Service Request

Step 1: Do you know your MATC Password?

·      Yes: Continue to step 2

·      No: Reset your MATC password at: https://slpwm2.matc.edu/pwm

Step 2: Visit: https://matc.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/34/Portal/Home/

Step 3: Click Submit a Ticket/Request

Step 4: Click IT Ticket Request

Step 5: Click on the Service you require

Step 6: Click Request Service

Step 7: Login with your MATC Account

Step 8: Please fill in as much information as needed to address your issue and click Request button at the bottom of the page.
